How does the 30-day free trial work?
You don’t need a credit card to start. Once you request access, we manually configure a dedicated workspace for your team. You have 30 days to test the full platform. If it’s not a fit, you can export your data, and we’ll securely delete your instance.
Are there any hidden fees or premium tiers?
No. We hate hostage pricing. BASETIME is a flat €9 per user/month (or €90 annually). Every feature – tasks, time tracking, expenses, and invoicing – is included for every user. No premium tiers, no surprises.
Where is our agency data stored?
Your data never leaves the EU. We host all primary databases and backups in the Netherlands. More importantly, your workspace lives in its own dedicated schema, meaning your data is logically isolated from other clients.
Will you train AI models on our client data?
Absolutely not. We know creative agencies handle sensitive IP and strict NDAs. We do not use, sell, or submit your time logs, invoices, or project briefs to train any third-party AI models.
What happens if we decide to leave? Is our data trapped?
No. We believe in earning your business, not trapping it. If you ever decide to leave, you can request an export of your tasks, time entries, expenses, and invoices in standard machine-readable formats (CSV/JSON), along with your uploaded files.
